2014 has come to an end. Another 365.25 days have come and gone. A year we had an Olympics, Midterm elections in America, and many celebrity losses, including Robin Williams. All I can say to this year ending is GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE!
If you’re like me, you can’t wait for this year to be finally over. And what better way to end it, then with a good old fashioned Top Ten lists of your favourite hobby or pastime. But one small problem. You only saw 15 movies that came out this year, at most, and maybe 7 of them were decent. Well that put a kink in the whole plans, doesn’t it?
Well, I want to try something different, and it’s something you can too. Join me in a brave experiment, where instead of thinking of 20 movies to put into a top 10 best and top 10 worst, let’s share only our “four”.

I am a member of an amateur texas hold’em poker league. They play at random bars and restaurants across Canada and the United States. There’s no cash involved, but every win gets points, and more points gets you qualified for games that can get you seats in other games, including the Nationals in Vegas. Winner of this tournament wins a $10,000 seat in an actual tournament with the World Poker Tour. Back in June of 2011, I won a seat into a the Nationals in Las Vegas, which was to be held the first week of April 2012. I was pretty stoked about winning that seat.
A lot of people have asked me where the hell I got a word like Septicor and used it as my user name. Is it a code word? Is it another language? Homage to the number seven? Or homage to a villain from Final Fantasy 7? Or an anagram of my real name? Is it a product for cleaning drains? (get it? septic?) The answer of course is No. To all of them. Including a septic one. Especially the septic one.
Over the last month, I have been obsessing over Batman Arkham City. It’s just so much fun, and it’s similar to the fun I got from the first Batman: Arkham Asylum game. As I mentioned in my review, I think Batman has had more success than any other superhero, especially in the video game department.
